Read Proposal Rider,

then book your Wedding Day.

1. To book your date, only a deposit will book you date, one half of the total package price must be paid within (10) days of receiving a written proposal, or computer generated form. Final payment is due before Wedding or upon arrival on the wedding day. After 10 days, any discounted price can be rescinded.
2. There is a $35.00 charge for returned checks, plus any bank charges resulting from overdrafts because of your returned check.
3. Any alterations or deviations from the accepted proposal involving  time, cost or equipment must be executed in writing and may be an extra charge above the proposed price, and may change the amount of discount given.
4. If you cancel for any reason, you will forfeit any deposits made. Cancellation must be in writing, and any refund will be made within 60 days after receipt of the written cancellation.
5. All shots and angles are at the discretion of the videographer. Any restrictions imposed by others in authority shall be followed and such occurrence will not result in a refund. Any person refusing to interview shall be respected. We do not guarantee we will interview every person in your wedding party, and there is no refund for persons missing.
6. You must give us your music, photos, and/or credit list within 30 days after your wedding date. If we don't receive your material we may complete video without material. No music selections, we may add any music. No photos, no photo montage or inserts. No credit list, no credits. No response in 30 days, we may complete edit with material we have.
7. We shall complete editing video within 3 to 4 weeks after receiving all necessary additions to the video production, such as, music selections, photographs, and credit list.
8. You only have three (3) days to notify us about any changes, then submit a written log of changes. If log is not received within ten (10) days the video is considered accepted as is and final. Afterward, any re-editing will be an additional charge and paid  upon receiving re-edited DVD.
9. We reserve the right to reproduce, distribute, or exhibit this video or any parts under Federal Copyright Law, Title 17, U.S. Code, section 501-506, unless bought or waived in writing. We reserve the right to exhibit any parts, stills, or images from this video for advertising on any public media. It is unlawful to duplicate, copy, or publicly exhibit an Occasion Crew Production without written permission. All original footage is the property of Occasion Crew, Inc..
10. Any public use of your wedding footage by third parties shall be negotiated in writing by a video release signed by you for that particular showing.
11. Occasion Crew's liability is limited to 1/2 the amount of the contract. All agreements are contingent upon weather, crowds, traffic, power failure, accidents or delays beyond our control will not result in a refund.
12. Payment for A Wedding Package, enhancement, or DVD orders verifies you accept this proposal rider.
